Passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in 2018 with less than a percentage point to make it to rank 10. Though he missed his personal LET target, he enabled all of his peer-reviewed LET batchmates to pass the exam ~ this he felt was more fulfilling after all.

As a person who always believed that he will be a teacher someday, he enrolled in the BS Mathematics and Science Teaching program of the University of the Philippines Los Baños where he specialized in Biology. He taught Math, English, and Science subjects in various grade levels (elementary to junior high school) before being appointed as School Principal in 2019 where he still continues to advocate that the heart of education is the ‘education of the heart’. Currently, he is pursuing his Master’s Degree in Education (Major in Educational Leadership and Management) from De La Salle University-Manila.

When not training students and coaching LET takers in Science and special topics in Professional education, he likes to disconnect with the world by reading books and drinking tea.
