Alice Gaddi Roselo

Alice wished to be a doctor, became an energy economist, but ended up in the golden wonderland of teaching.

For two decades, Alice served as a power and energy economist and a corporate planner in the public sector. After her early retirement, she became a multitasking Jill-of-all-trades: a media researcher, a medical transcription editor, a micro-entrepreneur in direct selling, a food franchisee, a financial consultant, and business center owner. Having tried these paths in the past, Alice finally found her life purpose at the age of 51—teaching, mentoring, and coaching Filipino teachers (after taking up a professional education course at the UP). She is a Licensed Professional Teacher (Sep 2008) who has for the past ten years been an inspiration to 133 LET topnotchers and thousands of LPTs who were coached at then MindGym Philippines.

Though she never dreamed of pursuing a teaching career, she has had random stints in corporate training, adult education, non-formal teach-ins, and school administration locally and overseas (even before earning her professional education units). Her varied experience in the government, business and training sectors have been handy in starting up and molding MindGym, now RevYOU Hub, into a lifelong learning center that provides its students with high-impact learning experiences, enable memorable life lessons, and empower lofty dreams to come to life.

Alice holds a degree in Business Economics and a Certificate in Professional Education from UP, and an MBA from De La Salle University. She finished two international courses: Energy Policy and Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and Medical Transcription from the San Jose State University, and an international accreditation as a Certified Special Events Professional.

She has been the Education Administrator/Director of MindGym until its closure last year. She is the mo/am (mom/madam) of thousands of teachers and students who have considered MindGym as their second home. She has co-authored two LET review books and is currently writing/polishing new LET reviewers. As LET coach, she invigorated her lessons by infusing practical tips not only for LET success but for a life of significance as a Filipino teacher. Alice is a mom-for-all-seasons to her artistic grown-up kids Aaron and Aleli, whom she still fondly calls her “little twin stars.”

At 62, Alice vows to be a lifelong learner and to remain forever young as teacher-coach and President of RevYou Hub, the new MindGym.
